Energy Healing Sessions 

These sessions are designed to assist the client into deep relaxation and stress reduction. I use a variety of energetic tools such as Usui, Holy Fire®III & Karuna® Reiki, meditation techniques, sound healing and more to relax and empower one to release energies that do not support one in their highest expression. These sessions are designed to relax, reduce anxiety, bring a sense of calmness and clarity to welcome in a more comfortable embodiment. Tools, meditations, creative practices and more are shared with clients after the session as a way to support them in releasing and healing- learning from where they have been so they can be free to move towards what they want.

$70.00/hr

Life Coaching Sessions

Through compassionate curiosity and deep listening, I assist others in diving into their souls, accessing their goals, seeing what is holding them back, and creating tangible steps moving forward towards what they want! Tools for relating to others, creating boundaries, and designing plans to follow through with goals are some of the things that I share during these sessions. The coaching sessions are designed to bring what the client wants forward by illuminating what was standing in their way and learning from it so they may bring forth their goals with ease and a plan of action that feels supportive and possible. 

$95.00/Ninety Minute Session

 

Community Outreach Program

This is a special meditation that is designed to relax one deeply into themselves, open doorways within their soul, and allow for deep wisdom to surface. Through a guided meditation that uses relaxation and embodiment practices, one will uncover different aspects of themselves, welcome in rich relaxation and healing, and begin working with symbols in their life to support their blooming heart. These guided meditations are designed to be accessible to all and have a variety of different concepts from relaxation, to embodiment, to exploration, healing and illuminating the true nature of You! 

Note: Can do focused group meditations for $10/person in a group of 5 or more people.

Kyra Hall: Yoga and Adaptive Wellness Coordinator

Adaptive Wellness

Seniors and others with additional accessibility needs have special needs when it comes to working out but that doesn't mean your zest for the rush is gone. This senior and accessibility inspired class will let you push yourself in your fitness goals, be it strength flexibility or cardio, through the use of supports and creative thinking. You set the pace, then we play.

Classes will include many tried and true movements such as squats, lunges, and modified push ups, some combat movements like punching and kicking, a bit of yoga, and whatever creative movements we can come up with in the moment. Some classes will be full body, some will target specific regions of the body. All will get you moving.

Yoga Classes

No one knows your body better than you, that's why I strive to create a comfortable atmosphere where people can be silly, be themselves, and explore the capabilities of their bodies. Classes will be multi level with options given for every pose, supports used as needed. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in and a mat if you can. Bring whatever yoga gear/supports you would like. Some mats/supports provided.

Come play, relax, and meet your own goals through vinyasa, hatha, and restorative yoga
 

$30 for a one person class, extra $5 Per additional person

$60 for in-home sessions, $5 per extra person

Public classes are $10 per person
